In a resounding triumph, Zandile, a valued member of our team at Wallace McDowall Ltd, has been honoured with Ayrshire Apprentice of the Year Award, marking a remarkable milestone in her professional journey.
Zandile, whose dedication and commitment has always shone brightly, stood out among a pool of talented contenders for this coveted accolade at Ayrshire College this week. Her unwavering passion for learning, coupled with drive for excellence has undoubtedly set her apart. This award follows on from being awarded Student of the Year in 2023. From the outset of Zandile’s apprenticeship she exhibited an exceptional aptitude and a keen willingness to absorb knowledge, and the remarkable ability to translate theory into practice. This award celebrates Zandile’s remarkable accomplishment and everyone at Wallace McDowall Ltd would like to extend our congratulations and also thanks, for her unwavering dedication and work ethic. Zandile is a shining example of the limitless possibilities that can be achieved through hard work, perseverance, and a passion for excellence.
We would also like to take this opportunity in Apprenticeship Week to recognise all our other apprentices and their achievements to date and we note the following apprentices were also given awards at the same event; Zakaria Mayne, Gregor Devlin, Kyle Anderson and Dylan Donnelly. Their hard work, dedication and commitment inspire us all. As we applaud their accomplishments, we also express our thanks for their contributions to the success of the business to date.
