…..as 4 of our Employees of the Month for May 2023.
Matthew has gone above and beyond his duties in the past 4-6 weeks. He has displayed an exceptional level of technical proficiency and a deep understanding of welding techniques. He consistently produces welds of the highest standard ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the work he is involved in. He has eagerness to learn and grow within the field of welding and actively seeks out opportunity to enhance his knowledge and skill set within the fabrication department.
We are also proud to announce Lyn as employee of the month in recognition of best credit control practices and exceptional contribution within the accounts department. Lyn has been continually supportive to assist in the delivery of our business objectives and has consistently demonstrated dedication, flexibility and teamwork.
Terry has been nominated by his colleagues for his ability to cope well under pressure during nightshift. Ensuring jobs are ready for delivery the next morning without issues as well as coaching and mentoring our new starts.
Alistair recently started in a new role within the forming department. He consistently demonstrates and outstanding ability to guide and support his colleagues in particular the new trainees. He has shown an innate talent for identifying their strengths and with patience and understanding he has provided valuable guidance to help them grow both personally and professionally.
