Wallace McDowall would like to announce the recent promotion of our colleague Shaun Jones to Manufacturing Manager.
Since moving into the role of First Stage Manufacturing Manager, Shaun has shown enthusiasm, addressed key business issues relating to safety, quality, employee development and customer service. Recognising the achievements and as we have aligned our business to be customer and employee centric, it was the right time to give Shaun the opportunity to move to the role of Manufacturing Manager, taking overall responsibility for manufacturing, customer service and engineering within Wallace McDowall Ltd. With his knowledge of the business having completed his apprenticeship with the company, prior to then progressing through various roles, this was the natural progression for Shaun.
We would like to thank Shaun for his valued contribution to the company so far and wish him every success in his new role.
